Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
Your reservation request does not mean a final booking. Only a confirmation of «Finca Los Arcos» by e-mail stands for a binding booking. It implies a formal contract between you and «Finca Los Arcos».
2. Terms of payment
- 25% upon booking
- 75% upon arrival
- Extra services are due to payment at your departure
All prices are charged in Euros only.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking is free of charges until 15 days before your contracted arrival date. Afterwards you have to pay the following charges:
- Between the 14th and 5th day before the contracted arrival date: 30 % of the total agreed rate
- After the 4th day before contracted arrival date or in case of nonappearance: 80 % of the total agreed rate
4. Arrival and departure time
Arrival: as agreed, generally from 3 p. m
Departure: as agreed, generally until 11 a. m.
5. Use of the premises
Only the persons you declared at the moment of booking have access to «Finca Los Arcos» premises. Others or additional persons may not accepted.
6. Cancellation
«Finca Los Arcos» is allowed to terminated the contract and request to clear the rooms and house immediately in case of violating the due diligence obligations, especially when you intentionally destroy the rented facilities or ignore the house rules severely.
7. Liability
«Finca Los Arcos» stands for a careful and correct arrangement of the facilities and rooms. Nevertheless the statutory provisions govern liability.
8. Competent court
The competent court for juridical actions against «Finca Los Arcos» follows the spanish jurisdiction for Comares (responsible townhall for «Finca Los Arcos»)
